Blind Ambition Solartech is seeking an enthusiastic Sales/ design consultant with sales skills and interior design background for high-end residential clients. This person should be sales motivated with the ability to communicate effectively, and prepare design proposals for clients..

• Understanding client requirements and providing functional. innovative design solutions
• Work on large high-end residential projects from concept to completion
• Work within a highly collaborative team to complete projects in a fast paced environment
• Coordinate with consultants and suppliers

Qualifications / Skills required:

• Sales experience required, outgoing personality and a passion for interior decorating and Drapery required.
• 3 years experience in interior decoration within the residential sector.
• Good design sense, Presentation skills, Calculation of Drapery, and product knowledge, specializing in HunterDouglas.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate store hours and client visitations - must have own transportation. Regular retail hours from 10am to 5 pm, including alternating weekend work.
